The AC Shutoff Switch (AC-SOS-1 / AC-SOS-2 / AC-SOS-3 / AC-SOS-4) is a wireless monitoring and control solution designed to reduce energy waste, protect HVAC equipment, and lower utility costs. Ideal for rental properties, vacation homes, and multi-tenant buildings, this device automatically shuts down the HVAC system whenever a door or window is left open for more than two minutes—preventing unnecessary run time and eliminating costly energy loss.

Once all monitored doors and windows are closed, the system automatically restores HVAC operation, ensuring comfort while maximizing efficiency. Each receiver supports up to 30 wireless sensors, and kit options are available for up to four openings.

Line-voltage models for mini-split compressor systems are also available (AC-SOS-1-LV through AC-SOS-4-LV).
