The ZP3-ESP is a 3-zone HVAC zone control panel from iO HVAC Controls, engineered with award-winning ESP (Excess Static Pressure) technology to completely eliminate the need for a traditional bypass damper. Ideal for HVAC professionals who supply their own sensors and transformer, the ZP3-ESP delivers the same intelligent pressure management and broad system compatibility as the full kit — in a standalone panel format.

The ZP3-ESP continuously monitors system static pressure through a connected static pressure sensor. When pressure rises above the setpoint, the panel opens non-calling zone dampers just enough to relieve the excess — with tests showing little to no impact on zone temperatures. The result is a cleaner, more efficient zoning installation without the cost or complexity of bypass hardware.

Compatible with single-stage, multi-stage, heat pump, and dual fuel equipment, the ZP3-ESP supports up to 2H/2C conventional or 3H/2C heat pump and dual fuel configurations. A full suite of adjustable controls and easy switch configuration make it one of the most flexible and installer-friendly panels on the market. Housed in a compact ABS plastic enclosure (9.5″ H × 6.75″ W × 2.25″ D) and rated from -40°F to 150°F, it’s built to perform in any installation environment. Backed by a 10-year warranty.
