The ZP3-ESP-KIT is a complete 3-zone HVAC control solution from iO HVAC Controls, built around the award-winning ESP (Excess Static Pressure) technology that eliminates the need for a traditional bypass damper. Designed for single-stage, multi-stage, heat pump, and dual fuel systems, this kit provides everything needed for a professional installation right out of the box — including a zone panel, static pressure sensor, discharge temperature sensor, and a 40VA transformer.

At the heart of the kit is the ZP3-ESP panel, which continuously monitors system static pressure via the included sensor. When pressure exceeds the setpoint, the panel intelligently modulates non-calling zone dampers just enough to relieve excess pressure — without meaningfully affecting zone temperatures. The result is a smarter, cleaner installation with no bypass hardware required.

Supporting up to 2H/2C conventional or 3H/2C heat pump and dual fuel configurations, the ZP3-ESP-KIT offers exceptional application flexibility with features like auto changeover, first-call priority with time share, 2nd stage capacity control, purge cycle option, and adjustable high/low limits and balance points. Easy switch configuration and fused-protected inputs and outputs make setup straightforward and reliable.
