All of our shipping options are tailored to the needs of our customers which is why we offer the capability for you to choose your preferred shipping partner and ship through your own account.

If you would like to add a preferred shipping partner and account number to your iO HVAC Controls account, please contact customer service.

Additionally, we offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, and Freight shipping methods determined by the size and weight of the order being placed. If you would like your order expedited, please select the “Expedite My Order” shipping option during checkout and call to state the timeframe in which you would like your order delivered.

All orders over $2000 will ship for free by UPS Ground.
